Overview
JuniperMarket is the online B2B market for International Market Centers. Exhibitors can grow their business by reaching a broader buyer audience in the online marketplace.
The Challenge
I was tasked with designing the All Brands landing and list pages, JuniperCredit, and Our Market pages within a tight timeframe.

MY ROLE

UX/UI Designer

What I did:
I initiated the process by collecting requirements from the product owner and conducting a brief competitive analysis to assess the strategies employed by some of JuniperMarket's competitors. Utilizing pre-existing library elements, I swiftly created wireframes to gather feedback from stakeholders. Subsequently, I compiled high-fidelity mockups and presented them to the development team. I collaborated with the product owner and developers until the successful launch of the pages.

Business Constraints
Business Requirements
I faced stringent deadlines, needing to complete these projects promptly while concurrently overseeing UX projects for the market center sites. Due to the urgency, there was minimal time for in-depth research, allowing only for a brief competitive analysis. As a result, my solution relied heavily on my UX expertise and the insights gained from the analysis.

Research
I conducted a rapid competitive analysis of B2B websites, such as Faire, to observe how they managed listing pages and landing pages for their offerings. Through this examination, I identified areas for improvement, particularly with our existing filtering component. Subsequently, I implemented design changes to enhance its functionality and user experience.
All Brands Landing Page
The objective was to develop a comprehensive landing page encompassing all exhibitor brands. This page serves to offer users a condensed overview of diverse brand categories and drive traffic to the All Brands list pages. It includes information about the Juniper Market, with calls to action (CTAs) guiding users to explore featured brands, their saved brands, and the complete list of brands. Upon signing in, users gain access to the "My Brands" section, providing a snapshot of their saved brands and the option to view all of them, leading them to the respective list page.

All Brands List Page
The list page is designed to serve as an easily navigable exhibitor catalog. Buyers can explore a comprehensive array of brands and apply filters based on categories, markets, and order minimums. The page features tabs for "All Brands," "New Brands," and "My Brands."

Junipercredit
JuniperCredit empowers eligible retailers and designers to access a line of credit, providing a 60-day payment window for their product purchases. This section provides users with information on acquiring credit through JuniperCredit, details on pre-qualification, and highlights the associated benefits. Additionally, there is a dedicated segment on enrolling as a seller. Calls to action (CTAs) are strategically placed to guide users through the qualification process.

Icons
I designed icons for JuniperCredit that were utilized throughout the Juniper sites.
Visit Our Markets page
The Our Markets page is crafted to offer details about IMC's physical markets. It includes direct links to each physical market, their respective dates, and convenient calls to action (CTAs) for registration. Additionally, there is a dedicated section focusing on market mobile apps, accompanied by specific CTAs for each app.

Project Outcomes
Within a span of a few years, the GMV (gross merchandise volume/sales) experienced a remarkable 150% growth, reaching approximately $4 billion following the introduction of ShopZio and subsequently JuniperMarket. Concurrently, the number of platform sellers surged by over a thousand.
